The terms that govern your use of Inboxtive and related SuperSager products and services operated by SuperSager Labs.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of Inboxtive, SuperSager Atlas, SuperSager Connect, SuperSager Playbooks, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by SuperSager Labs (“SuperSager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Inboxtive is developed by SuperSager Labs. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Inboxtive is an AI email operations platform developed by SuperSager Labs. It reads inbound messages, reasons over them against your connected systems and organisational knowledge, and assists with or executes governed business actions - including drafts, replies, ticket creation, and record updates. Features vary by plan and configuration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, configuring approval workflows appropriately, and ensuring that users with access to the Services are authorised by your organisation. You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep integration permissions aligned with your internal policies.
You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to access systems or data outside the scope of your authorised integrations. You will not use Inboxtive to process data you do not have the right to use, or in a manner that breaches your obligations to customers, employees, or regulators.
You retain ownership of your data. You grant SuperSager a limited licence to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. Connect integrations are established at your direction; you control which systems are linked and what actions Inboxtive may perform.
Inboxtive uses artificial intelligence to classify, recommend, and in some configurations execute operational tasks. Outputs may require human review. You are responsible for decisions made using Smart Draft, Smart Reply, or automated modes, and for configuring review gates suitable for your industry and risk profile. Inboxtive is designed to assist your team - not replace professional judgment where regulation or policy requires human oversight.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing agreed at signup or in your order form. Usage limits (such as system connections and daily tasks) apply as described on our Pricing page. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewal periods.
We aim to provide reliable access to the Services and will use commercially reasonable efforts to address outages and support requests. Scheduled maintenance may occur; we will endeavour to minimise disruption to production workloads.
SuperSager Labs owns the Services, software, documentation, and brand assets. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. Your content, Playbook customisations, and business data remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSager is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure credentials, misconfiguration of automation, or reliance on AI outputs without appropriate review. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate according to your agreement. Upon termination, access to the Services will end and we will handle data retention and deletion in line with our Privacy Policy and your contractual arrangements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@inboxtive.com.
