How SuperSager Labs collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Inboxtive and related services.
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SuperSager Labs (“SuperSager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use Inboxtive, SuperSager Atlas, SuperSager Connect, SuperSager Playbooks, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Inboxtive is developed by SuperSager Labs.
SuperSager Labs is the data controller for personal information collected through the Services, website, demo requests, and support channels unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may collect account and contact details (name, work email, business name), usage and audit logs, support correspondence, integration configuration metadata, and email content processed through Inboxtive when you connect mailboxes and systems. We collect only what is needed to deliver, secure, and improve the Services.
We use personal information to provide and operate the Services, configure integrations, respond to support requests, maintain security and audit trails, meet legal obligations, and improve product performance. We do not sell customer personal data.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating secure business automation, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (for example, certain marketing communications).
We may share data with infrastructure providers, integration partners you authorise, and professional advisers under confidentiality obligations. SuperSager Connect links to third-party systems at your direction; those systems have their own privacy practices.
We retain personal information for as long as your subscription is active and as needed for legal, security, and audit purposes. You may request export or deletion subject to contractual limits and regulatory requirements described in your agreement.
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, and audit logging as described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and configuring appropriate review workflows.
Data may be processed in regions where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email. Questions: hello@inboxtive.com.
